We want every class at EL Wellness Studio to run smoothly and be a positive experience for everyone — our members and instructors alike. Here’s a quick guide to our late cancellation and no-show policies.

To keep our studio welcoming and organized, we have policies in place around late cancellations and missed classes:

​

• Late Cancellations: Cancel less than 2 hours before class? Class credit will be used.
  Unlimited pass holders have 3 grace late cancellations — after that, a $10 fee applies.

• ​

• No-Shows: Missed classes without notice will also use your class credit or incur a $10 fee for unlimited passes.

We’ve always aimed to be flexible because life happens — and that hasn’t changed! Feel free to message us when unexpected life moments happen 💛
