Hi everyone! I am a new mother and have taught spinning classes since a couple of years now, and always enjoy the energy I get out of each ride. When you will be stepping into my classes, my number one goal is definitely making sure your having fun and enjoying yourself. I also love to get you out of your comfort zone, because I truly believe that’s where you grow, improve and get stronger!

Hey Everyone! I’ve been (lovingly) nicknamed the Sneaky Instructor by EL Members.. and I live up to the name. I love everything low impact, but but my goal is also to get you to “walk out stronger” every single class!
My classes are filled with friendly chats, laughs and many “breathe.. and smile!” I can’t wait to workout with you!

I’m a full time dentist, mom and a happy traveler! My passion for dance and fitness started when I was 5 years old! I never stopped moving! I followed lots of fitness trainers who inspired me to transmit my love of exercises at EL Wellness studio.
Come to my class if you want a good challenge and a workout that will make you energized! I believe that if you’re not begging for rest, you’re not training your best!

I'm an accountant by day and a dance and fitness instructor by night! I absolutely love the energy and freedom dance and fitness brings me, and I'm here to bring that to you! At EL we strive for that feel good feeling that fitness can bring to your life, not only physically, but mentally. My classes are for all levels, you go at your own pace and modify if you need to. As long as your moving or dancing in a corner, that's a WIN for me!! Join me for a banging Playlist, a good sweat, and a fun time with lots of laughs!

Hi my name is marie-eve, i am 24 years old, i have 3 amazing children under 5 years old an im a phlebotomist at campbellton regional hospital. I struggled most of my life with anxiety and panic attacks but since i have started my fitness journey especially spinning my anxiety is almost all gone! I want to share with you a passion that i discoverd. My class will be beginner spining so you can expect to learn about the different kind of spin classes we offer here at the studio and everything you need to know to get started while having a great workout. If you feel like spinning would be a workout you would be interested in do yourself a gift and come ride with me!

Hey EL! Im Kayla and I am so pumped to be coming at you ON DEMAND so you can sweat with me from literally anywhere! I am a CPT from eastern New Brunswick and my passion for health & fitness just keeps growing and growing and I can’t wait to share it with you all. Teaching group classes, cheering on others and helping others reach their true potential lights up my soul and I hope joining one of my classes will do the same for you. You can always expect a good sweat from my classes and an exercise to 2 to jump up your heart rate. My classes will be a mix of resistance, strength and HIIT and sometimes I like to throw in a surprise or 2. We will be sure to have fun & push ourselves to some strong limits! When I’m not sweating, I am hanging out with my husband & 2 daughters or working as an RRT at our local hospital. Let’s chase those endorphins together!

Hi! I’m Joanie and a proud black belt in Taekwondo! I love to mountain bike, travel, spend time with my family and be outdoors. I decided to teach at EL because I was inspired by the instructors and love all the new friendships that I have created at the Studio. During my class you can expect me to give you my 100% every time. It will be sweaty, but we will have lots of fun!
