Our Spin room is designed to give you a fitness experience. The lights, the music and the energy and inspiration of our riders allows you to bring pure JOY to fitness.
Get ready to ride to the beat of the music! You will experience a 45 minute class that strengthens the entire body. With a few HIIT sections, this class will surely leave you feeling energized. At Spin Rhythm you ride to the beat of the music and incorporate upper body movements, choreography and weighted sections.
With a banging playlist at every class Spin Fitness uses the science of fitness training with a mix of intervals, hills, resistance and speed. During these classes you will maximize on building strength by using the resistance knob. Because you control the resistance and speed of your legs, these classes are always All Levels!
Spin MASHUP pulls from both styles of riding at the Studio. We always have a fun upbeat playlist and incorporate rhythm songs as well as performance/fitness training. Experience hills, speed, resistance, weighted and cardio training.
The combination of HIIT and Spin will introduce you to spinning to the beat of the music as well as high intensity training all in one 45 minute class!
You will experience a hellish combination to make you sweat intensely in order to burn as many calories as possible.
Motivational atmosphere to give you a workout never seen before in our region!
SpinBody class will deliver a 30 minute on bike experience focused on lower body endurance followed by a 15 minute core and upper body off bike burn. Using light weights and high repetition you will be able to build strength in places that you don't always get to target during our regular Spin classes. This gives you, our members, the opportunity to speak your SPIN love language all while keeping the spin room vibes and getting that extra focus on FULL BODY
Spin POWER & Endurance
Use your time peddling to really reach your max power on the bike. We are talking heavy muscle and strength building drills.
Knowing your legs will need recovery, we will split the class by adding multiple endurance building arm sections.
Low-weight, high-rep workouts build your muscular endurance by increasing the amount of time your muscle is able to contract under force.
