At EL Wellness Studio we strive to offer a wide variety of services. Whether you are looking to get your heart pumping in a high intensity workout or simply looking to move your body and feel refreshed, we have something to offer you. Our mission is to bring joy to fitness and to have you wanting to come back because you FEEL good.
Get PUMPED

In just 30 minutes, this mobility and strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! GET PUMPED stations follow unique formulas that are smart, fun, and ever-evolving. Allowing ALL levels to take part, the size of the dumbbell creates the challenge!
L1FT

L1FT is a weighted workout that will sculpt lean muscles and turn you into a fat burning machine long after the workout is over.
These workouts involve high repetitions of relatively low weights, which reduces the chance of injury but still allows you to access the many benefits of resistance training.
L1FT uses smart, safe and progressive movements to ensure no fitness level is left behind.
Every workout can be modified to accommodate every age and stage of fitness.
FitBench Circuit

Cardio, Strength, Agility, Endurance, Functional - you name it! This class is given in a circuit style workout using a wide variety of equipment, including our FITBENCHES. At each station you will work different movements that will allow you to work at your own fitness levels and goals all while allowing every member to Walk Out Stronger! Given by Instructors and Personal Trainers, this class allows you to opportunity to be coached 1:1 in a group setting. Music, Motivation and great energy - get ready for this NEW style of training.
Fitness Over 40

This low impact class focuses on the feel good feeling of fitness ; moving your body! Expect a workout at a beginner level that will get you excited about fitness and want make you want to keep coming back for more. With different movements and playlist, you're bound to have a great time at every class.
OMG! Kettlebells (not on our current schedule)

Get ready for OMG! Kettlebells. This class uses kettlebells to build endurance and power in your body. We also spice it up with ball ropes to get your heart pumping and the endorphins flowing! Kettlebells are one of the most versatile tools we can use to train our bodies for the challenges we face every day.
HIIT (not on our current schedule)

This type of training consist of high intensity intervals with loud music! Your own body weight will allow you to reach your max effort in these classes. Every class consist of different intervals with new movements allowing your body to constantly improve and build lean muscle. This cardio, fun and intense workout will burn fat while making you smile! An all level class (with modifications for beginners and advanced participants).
RIZE (not on our current schedule)

A high-intensity cardio conditioning class that uses a step to ramp up your calorie burn. Push your lower body strength and maximize your moves by using the elevation of a step.
Build upper body endurance and power using nothing but body weight!
Buckle up, grab some water and indoor sneakers and meet us at 6:15 am as we RIZE.
BootyCore

Our brand-new BootyCore Class is designed to bring you a holistic fitness experience that goes beyond the surface.
